Bogen Tripod Heads

Ball Heads: Ball heads have only one control handle. By loosening this control, you free all movements for fast and easy operation. Vertical shots are very easy to set up with ball heads. Their main disadvantage is loss of precise framing.


3009: Designed for lightweight cameras. The Mini Ball Head is   an excellent accessory for monopods, car window pod, photo clamp, and table top tripods.

3026: Separate quick-acting locks for panning and tilting. Position your camera anywhere in a 180º sphere.

3262: This head incorporates a very unique feature, a special spring-loaded, retractable dual thread (both 1/4-20 and 3/8") for either the camera or the tripod mount. The Medium Ball Head is lightweight but strong enough for 35mm and medium format cameras and has a single lever operation.

3265: The Grip Action Ball Head has a handle with a lever that releases the clamping mechanism and allows you to position your camera within a 180º sphere. The 3265 has a built-in bubble level and tension adjustment and is supplied with a 1/4-20 quick release plate.

3413: Designed for use with compact, 35mm and small digital cameras. The aluminum housing and an extremely hard resin ball provides excellent smooth movement to any position. A single control lever securely locks the ball and pan movements. Supplied with a large 50mm camera platform.

3435g: Ideal for the outdoor photographer that shoots with medium length telephoto lenses. The 50mm Teflon coated aluminum ball, combined with specially designed tension surfaces provides silky smooth performance. A calibrated adjustable tension control allows you to preset the ball tension to match your camera weight giving you finger tip control. An oversized lock knob makes it simple to securely lock the camera without any movement. The graduated panoramic base and separate pan lock assures perfect positioning.

Pan & Tilt Heads: Slower to operate than ball heads, but Pan & Tilt heads allow more precise operation. Each movement uses a separate control handle.

3030: The 3030 is an easy to use pan/tilt head that features a quick release plate with safety lock to make the camera changes as easy as flipping a lever.

3229: Features a one-axis movement, which allows a vertical format. Designed especially for use on monopods


3232: Similar to 3229, 3232 features a one-axis movement, which allows a vertical format. Designed especially for use on monopods.


3263: This head has been designed especially for large and medium format cameras to offer the ultimate in precision 3-way geared adjustment and control. Self-locking fold away cranks allow 360º pans, º and -90º tilts. A comfortable grip handle lets you level 7.5º side to side with a bubble level to aid in precise positioning. There are also three quick release plates, each with a different height to accommodate all types of cameras.


3410: A professional compact, low profile head which is only 13cm high and suitable for a wide range of cameras up to large format.
The key features of this 3D head are: very low profile ensures the center of gravity of the camera is over the center of the tripod for maximum stability and control, wedged shape quick release plate system, friction adjustment on the 3 movement controls for smooth and safe operation, a spirit level for tilt and leveling plus a spirit level in the base for panoramic shots.
