 The Wista 45 Super Wide features an interchangeable bellows. This allows the possibility of using the wide-angle bellows from the Technical series for convenience in extreme movements with modern super-wide-angle lenses. This model is otherwise the same as the 45DX in rosewood. Constructed entirely of seasoned rosewood to ensure strength and beauty, the Wista Field-45 DX models eliminate the possibility of warping. The hardware is brass joined with durable tongue and groove joints. DX models will accommodate short focal lenses up to 65mm. Most lenses from 120 to 150mm in length, can be left on the camera when transported but must be mounted backwards.

Following the success of the Wista 45 Technical Cameras with the superb features required for technical cameras, Wista introduced another series of Field 4x5 format wooden cameras for those photographers who favor the beauty of wood and its versatile functions.
· With regard to the functions required by professional photographers who use advanced techniques for field work such as tilt, rise, swing and shift, the Wista Field 45 SW Cherrywood camera has a mechanism for the interchangeability of bellows. This enables the use of a wide range of telephoto and close up accessories.
· Note the notch which sets the brace into a neutral position. Even if the locking knobs are not tightened while taking pictures, you do not have to worry about movement as long as the shafts of the knobs are in the notches. The horizontal and vertical adjustments made on completion with test charts are done with the knobs loosened.
